The Client Brief

Design a brand identity for a photography studio that balances creative personality with the professional credibility required to win corporate and high-budget wedding clients.

Manan's Light Box Photography operates across wedding, corporate, product, and portrait photography in Jaipur. The studio had built a strong reputation through referrals, but the visual identity was inconsistent — it was not communicating the quality of the work.

The name "Light Box" gave us a clear conceptual territory: the controlled environment of studio photography, the play of light, the framing of a moment. The brief was to make that concept visible in the brand.

Symbol

A refined typographic mark that incorporates the concept of a camera frame and light aperture without resorting to literal iconography. The mark is understated — designed to sit beside a photograph without competing with it.

Typography

A clean, editorial type system. The studio name is set in a refined serif or geometric sans — chosen to feel like a gallery label or a fashion magazine byline, not a wedding vendor directory listing.

Colour

A palette of near-whites, warm neutrals, and one considered accent — designed to feel like photographic paper. The identity never draws attention away from the images it frames.
