Common questions about cost
Do you charge a deposit?
Yes — 50% upfront before any design or development work begins. The remaining 50% is due on launch day. For larger projects (₹1,00,000+) a milestone-based payment schedule is available.
How long does a project take?
A business website typically takes 3–4 weeks from sign-off to launch. E-commerce stores are 4–6 weeks. Custom web applications are scoped individually — most fall in the 8–16 week range depending on complexity.
What happens after the project launches?
Every project includes a handover session and training so your team is self-sufficient from day one. If something breaks because of our build, we fix it — no time limit, no charge. Ongoing updates, security monitoring, and platform maintenance require an active care plan.
Can the price change mid-project?
No — the agreed price is fixed once the project scope is signed off. If you add features or pages outside the original scope, those are quoted separately. You will never receive a surprise invoice.
