Sam Rentals provides equipment and furniture hire for events, corporate functions, and temporary commercial setups across Jaipur — tents, tables, chairs, AV systems, lighting, and decorative furniture for weddings and exhibitions.
Before the website, every booking started with a phone call. A customer had to already know what they wanted, contact Sam Rentals directly, wait for availability confirmation, then go back and forth on delivery logistics — all manually. There was no way to browse the range, see pricing, or initiate a booking outside working hours.
The brief was to build a catalogue platform with an availability enquiry system — so customers could browse what was available, shortlist what they needed, and submit a booking request with all the relevant details in one go.

Rental businesses depend on customers knowing what's available before they commit. Without a catalogue, Sam Rentals had no way to show their range — every enquiry had to start with a conversation rather than a browse. This created unnecessary friction at the top of the funnel and limited the number of enquiries the team could handle.
The business was also invisible online. A corporate event planner or wedding organiser searching for furniture hire in Jaipur would find competitors immediately — Sam Rentals simply wasn't in those results.
