The Brief

Take a great local shop national.

Sethji Dryfruits sells premium-grade dry fruits, nuts, and curated gifting hampers — sourcing Kashmiri walnuts, Afghani pistachios, California almonds, and Iranian saffron for both retail and corporate buyers. Their reputation in Jaipur was strong. Their ambition was pan-India.

Before the website, the business ran as a walk-in shop supplemented by WhatsApp orders from regular customers. Corporate Diwali orders — the most valuable orders of the year — were managed entirely over the phone. There was no way to take a bulk order from a company in Mumbai, handle payment formally, or ship it without manual coordination at every step.

The brief was a full D2C store: weight variants for every product, Razorpay for payments, Shiprocket for fulfilment, and a dedicated corporate gifting section that could handle bulk orders with proper documentation.
