The Brief

A showroom-quality experience — online.

Articulate Jewels designs and retails handcrafted jewellery from Jaipur — rings, necklaces, bridal sets, and custom pieces made to order. Their work ranged from affordable everyday wear to high-value bridal commissions.

Their client base was almost entirely walk-in. A buyer in Delhi or Ahmedabad who had heard about them through word of mouth had no way to browse the collection before making a trip — or to enquire about a custom piece without calling. The brand's quality deserved a better first impression than a WhatsApp catalogue photo.

The brief was to build a digital catalogue — not a full e-commerce store (jewellery at this level is rarely an impulse online purchase) but a professional showcase with structured enquiry forms, making it easy for buyers everywhere to find what they want and get in touch.

The Problem

Beautiful work with nowhere to be seen.

High-value jewellery purchases rarely begin with a spontaneous store visit — they begin with research, comparison, and the slow building of trust in a brand. Without a proper website, Articulate Jewels was invisible during that entire early-stage journey.

Custom orders were especially affected. A client wanting a bespoke bridal set couldn't get a sense of the craftsmanship, the style range, or even the general price band without making contact first — which most people aren't willing to do cold.
