The Brief

Stop selling through middlemen. Start building your own audience.

Trutaste makes quality food products — and their retail partners knew it. But the brand itself had no direct relationship with the consumers actually buying their products.

The offline distribution model worked well for volume, but it came at the cost of margin, customer data, and brand control. A buyer who loved a Trutaste product had no easy way to reorder directly — they either had to find it on a shelf again or look for it on a marketplace where other brands competed for the same search results.

The goal was to change that. Build a clean, fast Shopify store with automated email flows, a mobile-first checkout, and the infrastructure to turn one-time buyers into repeat customers — without a marketplace taking 25% of every sale.

The Problem
