The Brief

Build the platform. Cut out the middleman.

Rigidboxfactory.in manufactures custom rigid boxes and luxury packaging for corporate clients across India — gift boxes, product packaging, retail displays, and bespoke presentation sets.

When they came to me, all their enquiries came through phone calls and WhatsApp messages. There was no way for a buyer in Delhi or Mumbai to browse their product range at 10pm, request a quote, or ask for a sample — without interrupting someone's day. Every lead was manually handled, and dozens were dropped because there was no system to track them.

The brief was clear: build a proper B2B platform. One with a structured product catalogue, an online RFQ system, and an admin panel the team could manage themselves — without calling a developer every time they needed to update a product.
